When will I receive my order?
If your order is not a custom order, it will take 5 – 10 business days ( Depending on your address ).
If your order is a custom order, it will take 14 days – 6months ( Depending on the complexity of your order ).
Each work is carefully making, so it takes some time you receive it. Thank you for your understanding.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping is $5 – $20 to the British Columbia area ( Depending on the weight and size ). $20 – $35 to
other cities in Canada. ( Depending on the weight and size ). If you are outside of Canada and you would like to
order, please contact me.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund
or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Please keep the receipt.
- You cannot return if it’s a custom order and custom order is NOT refundable.
